The Senior Pricing Analyst at CEVA A&O Mexico holds a pivotal leadership position within the Carrier Administration department, which is an integral part of the Air and Ocean Transverse division, this role is central to developing competitive, sustainable, and customer-centred logistics proposals that bolster CEVA's reputation as a global leader in logistics and supply chain management. As a senior specialist, you will lead the negotiation processes for freight rates and service agreements with an extensive network of carriers and suppliers. Your role demands a balanced approach between cost efficiency and operational viability, ensuring that CEVA delivers competitive, reliable logistics solutions. You will employ robust analytical capabilities to craft customised logistics strategies responsive to client requirements and shifting market trends. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, analysis, and optimisation of comprehensive freight rate proposals that surpass client expectations and align with CEVA's strategic objectives and market positioning. Conduct high-level negotiations with freight carriers and logistics suppliers to secure advantageous rates and service terms that support sustainable business growth and enhance client satisfaction. Develop and maintain standardised procedures for continuous market tariff evaluations to ensure transparent, consistent, and effective pricing across all logistics service portfolios. Track and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) and objectives and key results (OKRs), such as rate accuracy, negotiation efficiency, and service reliability, driving ongoing departmental enhancements. Prepare and present comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for senior leadership, highlighting trends, identifying potential opportunities, and recommending strategic adjustments. Collaborate closely with cross-functional departments, especially Business Development, to improve technical sales processes and strengthen customer relationships by fostering trust and responsiveness. Manage strategic vendor partnerships through regular business reviews, ensuring alignment of supplier capabilities with evolving operational requirements and contract terms. Ensure diligent follow-up on commercial agreements, maintaining superior customer service standards and seamless coordination between internal teams and external partners. Identify, assess, and onboard new carriers and suppliers to diversify and fortify the supply chain, promoting agility and responsiveness to market fluctuations and business growth. Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development support to team members within Carrier Administration, cultivating a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Adapt to new challenges and undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support broader organisational objectives and departmental initiatives.
