The ideal candidate is a motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers. Main Duties / Responsibilities Leadership and structuring of the Sales team Implementation and management of processes and systems International customer support and relationship management Report functionally to Global Head of Container Sales / Regional Head Tasks will include but not limited to : Development and expansion of additional sales locations Pricing RECOMMENDATION for HO approval Budget and P&L responsibility for the Container Sales Product development Monitoring, mediation, and communication regarding payment issues with local finance teams and/or customers Employee management and leadership Benchmarking customer satisfaction Client contact by phone, e-mail & face to face - Customer visitations when required. To assist with planned target sales & marketing campaigns To assist in production of monthly market reports Day to day contact with CCIS Europe Cluster on sales aspects Develop knowledge of Europe global containers sales market and be available to assist on these markets Visits to CMA CGM Group and CCIS offices overseas as and when required Profile and Qualifications Experienced professional in Shipping, Transport, or Logistics, with a proven track record in sales. Highly autonomous, proactive, and adaptable, demonstrating rigor, responsiveness, and initiative. Educational and professional background: … (to be completed by HR) or equivalent experience in Business, Logistics, or a related field desirable. Proficient in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Key personal attributes: dynamic, confident, determined, diplomatic, empathetic, perseverant, and ambitious.
