Director of Sales-ED Forwarding Objective: Define and execute the commercial strategy to achieve business objectives, ensuring profitability, sustained growth, and the company's positioning in the national and international markets. Supervise the work of the staff under your charge to ensure compliance with goals and KPIs Maintain direct and constant communication with your team and other key areas. Represent the organization before strategic clients, trade associations, and stakeholders. Increase market penetration and strengthen the positioning of the PSA BDP (parent company) brand in its region. Prospect and develop new clients and business opportunities at a regional and global level Increase sales volume in maritime, air, and land transportation services, as well as value-added solutions. Develop sales plans and business strategies aligned with market needs and the organization's objectives. Conduct in-person visits to clients and leads to maintain strong relationships and generate new opportunities. Work collaboratively with product leaders, account management, and vertical managers to develop strategic accounts. Perform other functions inherent to the position as required Report the status of the commercial budget and KPIs to senior management and/or the board of directors on a monthly basis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience 10+ years' of sales leadership experience 5+ years' of experience in freight forwarding/logistics Strong leadership skills
