About the role At Puig, we don’t just build brands — we craft desirability, elevate everyday rituals, and transform how consumers experience beauty. Within our Derma division , home to science-backed brands like Uriage and Apivita , e-commerce is not just a channel — it’s a strategic growth engine. We are looking for an e-KAM Coordinator who will play a key role in accelerating our presence across pure players and digital-first ecosystems , owning the relationship and performance of key partners such as Amazon, Mercado Libre, and emerging platforms like TikTok Shop. What you’ll do You will act as a key driver of our pure player strategy , ensuring best-in-class execution and sustainable growth: Own and grow key e-commerce accounts Lead the day-to-day management of pure players (Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, among others) Build and execute Joint Business Plans (JBP) aligned with commercial and brand objectives Identify growth levers and unlock new opportunities within each platform Drive performance with a data-first mindset Monitor and optimize KPIs such as sell-out, traffic, conversion rate, AOV, and ROI Translate data into clear action plans to accelerate performance Manage forecasting and demand planning in close alignment with supply teams Win the digital shelf Ensure best-in-class content execution (PDPs, SEO, images, A+ content, brand stores) Optimize visibility and search ranking within each platform’s algorithm Lead initiatives to improve ratings, reviews, and overall consumer experience Execute high-impact activations Plan and implement promotional calendars , campaigns, and key commercial moments (Hot Sale, Buen Fin, etc.) Coordinate product launches in the e-commerce ecosystem with speed and precision Collaborate with media and marketing teams to amplify traffic and conversion Lead cross-functional collaboration Act as a bridge between marketing, trade marketing, supply chain, finance, and global teams Ensure flawless execution across all touchpoints Bring a strong understanding of both brand building and commercial performance Stay ahead of the curve Monitor trends in social commerce, marketplaces, and digital innovation Track competitors and benchmark best practices Continuously propose new ways to elevate our brands in a fast-evolving digital landscape Who you are You are digitally native and deeply curious about how consumers shop online You understand that winning in e-commerce means mastering both data and storytelling You are highly analytical, yet creative in problem-solving You bring a strong ownership mindset and thrive in fast-paced environments You are detail-oriented, structured, and execution-driven — but always with a strategic lens You’re passionate about beauty, skincare, and dermo-cosmetics What you’ll bring +4 years of experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or key account management Hands-on experience with pure players (Amazon, Mercado Libre, TikTok Shop, or similar) Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data and performance metrics Experience managing digital content and online activations is a strong plus Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills Fluent in English and Spanish Why Puig?
