Google Ads Specialist — eCommerce (Performance/Sales Focus) Location: Remote (Mexico-based preferred) | Full-time About Us Smart Bamboo is a fast-growing DTC sleep and home goods brand with a strong presence across direct-to-consumer and marketplace channels in Mexico. We run aggressive, high-volume paid media operations and we expect results. We're looking for a Google Ads specialist who has built and scaled profitable eCommerce campaigns at serious budget levels — not someone who manages spend, but someone who owns revenue outcomes. What You'll Own Full management of Google Ads campaigns: Shopping (Standard + PMax), Search, Display, and YouTube End-to-end campaign strategy: structure, bidding, audiences, creative direction, and copy ROAS and CPA targets — you set them with us and you hit them Keyword research, negative keyword management, and search term analysis Feed management and optimization via Google Merchant Center Weekly reporting with clear insight, not just numbers — you tell us why performance moved A/B testing of ads, landing pages, and audiences in coordination with our CRO team Coordination with our design and content team to brief and produce winning creative What We're Looking For 3+ years managing Google Ads for eCommerce brands with proven revenue results Experience managing $5M+ MXN/month in Google Ads spend — candidates without high-budget experience will not be considered Demonstrated experience scaling Shopping/PMax campaigns profitably at scale Strong command of Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization Experience with conversion tracking, GA4, and attribution Analytical mindset — you live in the data and make decisions from it Bonus: experience with home goods, lifestyle, or DTC brands in Mexico/LATAM Compensation Base salary + performance bonuses tied to monthly revenue targets + % commission on sales generated — the better you perform, the more you earn.
