We are looking for a Sell Out–focused Key Account Manager responsible for driving commercial performance and product rotation across key wholesale accounts. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement strategies aimed at accelerating sell-out performance by client and channel. - Manage strategic relationships with retail partners and ensure achievement of commercial objectives. - Analyze performance KPIs including sell out, product rotation, productivity, and stock levels. - Lead commercial plans, activations, and in-store product launches. - Work cross-functionally with or Key Account Manager , Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Supply Chain teams to optimize commercial execution. Profile - Experience as a KAM, Commercial Manager, or similar roles within retail, beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industries. - Strong analytical and strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset. - Experience leading and developing commercial or retail teams. - Proven experience managing key accounts and executing initiatives at point of sale. - Highly results-driven with strong stakeholder management skills.
