To accelerate our expansion in the Latin American market, we are looking for a dynamic, proactive Sales Manager to drive business in Mexico. What You’ll Do - Market Development: Expand the Mexican market from ground zero, develop distribution channels (dealers, private hospitals, government projects, etc.) through international exhibitions, industry associations, KOL referrals and other channels. - End-User Engagement: Understand local end-user requirements for ultrasound equipment (performance, application scenarios, after-sales support, etc.), provide professional product consultation and customized solutions, and drive product sales and market penetration. - Full-Cycle Sales Management: Manage the entire sales process — from clinical demand discovery, product demonstration and technical Q&A, to price negotiation, contract signing and order follow-up — to ensure sales target achievement. - Channel Partner Empowerment: Provide product training and market strategy support to overseas dealers, helping to enhance regional sales capabilities. - Market Intelligence: Monitor market trends, competitive dynamics and bidding information in Mexico; collect end-user feedback to provide valuable insights for product optimization and strategy adjustment. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, clinical, product and after-sales teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from pre-sales through post-sales. Who You Are - Education: Bachelor’s degree or above. Majors in Marketing, International Trade, Biomedical Engineering, Spanish, or related fields are preferred. - Experience: 3+ years of international sales experience, with proven experience in the Mexican medical device market. Latin America market experience is a strong advantage. - Local Knowledge: Familiar with Mexican medical device market dynamics, industry regulations and approval requirements; understand the procurement processes of local hospitals, clinics and diagnostic centers. - Language Skills: - Fluent Spanish and English (business proficiency required); - Proficiency in Chinese is a plus. - Core Competencies: - Proficiency in full-cycle sales process management with strong negotiation and contract closing ability. - Results-oriented, resilient and risk-taking — able to thrive in a challenging market environment. - Self-driven and capable of working independently. - Travel Flexibility: Willing to travel frequently within Mexico and occasionally abroad. - Cross-Time-Zone Collaboration: This role involves regular coordination with headquarters in Shanghai.
