WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Account Manager to join our team, supporting international campaigns across Latin America. In this role, you will play a key part in strategic execution, influencer relationship management, campaign coordination, and performance tracking, ensuring all deliverables are aligned with client objectives and fully integrated with the agency’s broader communication efforts. RESPONSIBILITIES - Develop influencer marketing proposals and strategies aligned with client objectives, bringing creative and realistic activation ideas; - Manage end-to-end influencer campaigns, including identification, briefing, negotiation, contracting, payments, and content production oversight; - Participate in client meetings, presenting campaign status, deliverables, and results; - Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights for optimization; - Ensure all campaign phases are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with client expectations; - Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, agencies, and partner managers; - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (PR, paid media, and content) to deliver fully integrated 360° campaigns; - Contribute to the improvement of processes and best practices within the influencer marketing team. REQUIREMENTS - Based in Mexico City and available to work in a hybrid model (2–3 days per week in the office); - Minimum of 3 years of experience in Influencer Marketing (campaigns, negotiation, execution, and performance tracking); - Proven experience managing influencer campaigns across multiple countries or markets; - Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related fields; - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously; - Experience with digital marketing tools, such as Hype Auditor, Google Suite, and data analysis; - Excellent written and verbal communication skills; - Advanced/Fluent English is essential; - Proactive, strategic mindset with strong autonomy and adaptability; - Experience working with international clients or in an agency environment is a plus.
