Junior Sales Advisor

At YES, we are looking for a Junior Sales Advisor who is passionate about the world of ICE, with a focus on customer service, prospecting, and business development. This is your opportunity! Main responsibilities: Prospecting, mapping, and classifying customers. Following up on bids and coordinating with internal and external customers. Handling commercial requests and quotes for groups and events. Assisting customers, suppliers, and advisors in developing proposals. Monitoring satisfaction indicators and strategic visits to accounts. Use and updating of Salesforce and commercial databases. Compliance with the sales target assigned by YES Management. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Relations, Tourism, or related fields. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate). Knowledge of prospecting, analysis, and closing sales. Excellent communication skills and results-oriented. Dispensable requirements Intermediate–advanced English. Previous experience in MICE sales. Have an active client portfolio.
