Human Resources Coordinator Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to support our corporate HR Director while being based in Mexico. This role plays an integral part in talent management processes, HR operations, and internal communications. Manage onboarding within the HRIS system to ensure all new-hire information is accurate and up-to-date. The ideal candidate enjoys variety, manages multiple priorities well, and is comfortable supporting a U.S.-based team remotely on both ongoing tasks and special projects. We are looking for someone with strong knowledge of labor laws, compensation, performance management, and HR best practices. Bachelor's degree in human resources or Business Administration or related field; Talent Management Serve as primary owner of the HR SharePoint site – organize content update resources; ensure easy navigation for users.Assist with invoicing purchase orders budget-related administrative tasks for the department;Maintain accurate records of department expenditures support monthly/quarterly budget tracking;(position listed) ,
