Job Title: Engineering Driver – Relocation to Michigan, USA Job Description: We are seeking recent graduates in engineering to join a specialized driver team supporting a high-profile vehicle testing project in Michigan, USA. This position involves the operation of test vehicles, sensor calibration, and data handling under structured testing protocols. Candidates will relocate from Mexico to the U.S. with full support provided. Key Responsibilities: Operate prototype and development vehicles in teams of two according to project protocols. Conduct pre-shift vehicle safety inspections (e.g., fluid levels, tire pressure) and document them. Perform dynamic sensor calibration at the beginning of each shift as per client requirements. Drive up to 7 hours of net data collection per shift in compliance with work-hour regulations. Handle SSD data: proper labeling, secure packaging, and transfer to designated service providers. Accurately document daily activities and technical information using tablets and logging tools (e.g., SALT app). Follow safety and procedural briefings related to vehicle testing and data collection. Participate in scheduled shift operations (1, 2, or 3 shifts per day; 5–7 days per week). Maintain team communication using assigned mobile devices and group messaging tools. Required Skills and Qualifications: Must be a Mexican citizen or permanent resident (required). Recent graduate in Mechanical, Mechatronics, Electrical, or related Engineering field. Valid driver's license with a strong and responsible driving history. At least 2 years of driving experience preferred. Availability and willingness to relocate to Michigan, USA for the duration of the project (at least one year). Strong attention to safety, procedures, and detailed reporting.
