Product Designer

Jarvio is the agentic workflow automation platform powering eCommerce brands. Think Cursor meets N8N, custom fit to the data-heavy eCommerce industry. We are building out our Mexico City hub and you will be on-site as one of our founding designers. As a Founding Product Designer at Jarvio , you will define how thousands of brands experience automation. You will design the drag-and-drop workflow builder, craft agentic frontends that adapt to customer needs, and rethink how SaaS products should work. Instead of endless menus and screens, you will design fluid, intelligent interfaces. You will also shape our agentic chat experience where users interact naturally with their data and workflows. We are building the system of intelligence for eCommerce brands, starting with Amazon. Our platform combines AI, automation, and workflows to help brands grow faster without scaling headcount. Jarvio is backed with $1.8m in funding by leading investors including Accel, Baseline VC, Darius Cubed, Enterprise Ireland and NDRC, as well as senior executives from Amazon, Meta, Target, MongoDB, and Wayflyer. This is a rare opportunity to join as a founding designer, set the design culture from the ground up, and redefine how automation feels for the next generation of SaaS. Responsibilities Own end-to-end design for Jarvio, from user research and concept sketches to polished production-ready UI. Design the drag-and-drop workflow builder, making complex automation approachable and powerful. Shape the agentic chat experience, blending conversational AI with structured workflows. Create adaptive frontends that respond to different customer use cases with fluid, intelligent interaction patterns. Define our design system, interaction patterns, and visual language so they scale across the platform. Collaborate closely with engineers within Shape Up cycles. Participate in shaping bets, design within appetite constraints, and hand off clear, scoped work for build cycles. Qualifications 3 years of experience in product design with a strong portfolio of interactive, complex product work. Workflow tools, data-heavy products, or no-code builders are a plus. Deep understanding of UX principles and interaction design with the ability to simplify complex systems into intuitive experiences. Fluency in design tools such as Figma with a strong visual design craft. Comfortable prototyping at different fidelities, from wireframes to interactive prototypes. Bonus: familiarity with frontend technologies such as React or TypeScript to collaborate more closely with engineers. Startup-ready with the ability to thrive in ambiguity, move quickly, and own projects end-to-end.
