Job description Full time Remote 2.500 USD About Us We are transforming a $1T global industry: the independent auto repair market. Eighty-five percent of shops in Latin America still operate on pen and paper. With our AI copilot, Chalán, mechanics can diagnose cars, source the right parts, and manage their business entirely from their phones. We have reached early break-even, expanded across Mexico and Brazil, and are now preparing to scale aggressively in São Paulo — one of the largest repair shop clusters in the world. Purpose: Lead the design and UX of our webapp, website, and mobile applications. Must-Have: 3–5 years experience designing web apps, websites, and mobile apps. Strong UX/UI skills and experience with Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD. Ability to translate requirements into intuitive, high-quality designs. Experience collaborating in cross-functional, agile teams. Plus: Experience designing complex dashboards or data-heavy interfaces. Knowledge of design systems and component libraries. Experience with user research and usability testing. Responsibilities: Design user interfaces and workflows for webapp, website, and mobile apps. Maintain consistency through a shared design system. Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth teams. Conduct user research and usability testing to inform iterations. Prepare assets and specs for development teams. Ideally Spanish and/or Portuguese. English-only candidates are also welcome. Remote: LATAM – Mexico
