Content QA Specialist (Req English)

Job Responsibilities Manage and update live website content using Contentful , ensuring accuracy and compliance with detailed Jira tickets . Collaborate closely with clients and project managers to facilitate prompt ad hoc content changes. Perform thorough quality assurance checks to maintain high standards of content presentation and functionality. Manage multiple tasks independently in a remote work environment, demonstrating strong self-motivation and time-management skills. Communicate clearly and proactively regarding work progress and any potential issues. Align work schedule with client needs by working remotely from 10 AM to 7 PM Mexico Time . Required Qualifications 3 to 5 years of experience in content management or quality assurance roles, preferably involving live website content. Proficient in using Contentful and working with Jira for task and ticket management. Upper-Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency with excellent written and verbal communication skills. College degree, preferably a Bachelor’s or Master’s in a relevant field. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently without direct supervision. Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working remotely in a similar role. Familiarity with digital content workflows and Agile methodologies. Experience collaborating directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
