About the Role We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Specialist to support and optimize day-to-day HR processes across the organization. This role is essential for ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and a seamless employee experience throughout the entire employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional HR teams including Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Payroll, and Employee Relations. Key Responsibilities Manage and execute operational HR processes throughout the employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, HR data management, employee movements, contract generation, etc.). Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HRIS platforms, ensuring data integrity and compliance. Support payroll processes by validating employee information, salary updates, leaves, and any required changes. Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR policies, procedures, and administrative inquiries. Ensure compliance with internal policies and local labor regulations. Partner with HR teams and business stakeholders to streamline processes and implement continuous improvements. Prepare HR reports and dashboards to support decision-making. Coordinate background checks, contract renewals, benefits administration, and other operational tasks. Participate in HR projects, audits, and process standardization initiatives. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology , or related fields. 3 years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or similar HR support roles. Strong understanding of HR processes, employment documentation, and regulatory compliance. Experience working with HRIS systems (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.). Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and documentation management. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and high attention to detail. Advanced English is required due to regular interaction with global or regional teams
