Mx Acceleration Center - MS Front-End Developer Senior Associate Required Qualifications Technical Skills 3 years of professional experience in front-end development. Strong proficiency in core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6), and TypeScript. Solid experience with at least one major front-end framework or library, such as React, Angular, Vue.js, Svelte, Next.js, Nuxt.js, or similar. Proven experience consuming and integrating RESTful APIs (and/or GraphQL), including handling authentication mechanisms (OAuth2, JWT), error handling, and asynchronous data fetching. Familiarity with databases — understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and/or NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Firebase) to support data-driven front-end development, query optimization, and collaboration with back-end teams. Experience with state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Vuex, Pinia, NgRx, Context API, Zustand). Proficiency with CSS preprocessors and frameworks (e.g., SASS/SCSS, LESS, Tailwind CSS, Bootstrap, Material UI, Styled Components). Experience with responsive design principles, mobile-first development, and cross-browser compatibility. Familiarity with build tools and bundlers such as Webpack, Vite, Rollup, or Parcel. Experience with version control systems, primarily Git (GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket). Knowledge of front-end testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library, Cypress, Playwright, Jasmine, Karma). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or similar) is a plus. Experience with package managers (npm, Yarn, pnpm). Methodologies & Processes Hands-on experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, with a solid understanding of Agile principles and practices. Experience using project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Familiarity with design collaboration tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Zeplin) and working closely with design teams. Communication & Soft Skills Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal) — ability to clearly articulate technical concepts, present solutions, participate in meetings, write documentation, and collaborate effectively with English-speaking stakeholders. Strong attention to detail and a keen eye for design quality and user experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a team. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results within deadlines. Nice to Have Experience working with international and/or distributed teams across different time zones and cultures. Knowledge of the insurance industry, including familiarity with insurance business processes (e.g., policy administration, claims management, underwriting). Experience building or maintaining insurance platforms or systems is highly valued. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
