Position Overview We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead organizational development, workforce strategy, and change management initiatives across regional and international clients. This is a strategic, people-focused leadership role. It is not a technical IT or system configuration position. The focus is on organizational impact, stakeholder alignment, capability building, and adoption of business transformation initiatives. The role combines client leadership, team management, and market growth responsibilities in Mexico. Key Responsibilities Organizational & Change Leadership Lead organizational design and workforce strategy initiatives. Develop and execute change management and communication strategies. Conduct stakeholder analysis and change impact assessments. Design training strategies and oversee learning programs to support transformation initiatives. Client & Executive Advisory Serve as trusted advisor to senior business stakeholders. Facilitate alignment sessions and executive-level discussions. Guide organizations through the people side of business and operational change. Business Development & Growth Identify and develop new business opportunities. Support proposal development and commercial discussions. Contribute to the growth of the Organizational Development and Change capability in Mexico. Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of consultants and change specialists. Oversee staffing and team development. Build internal capabilities aligned with growth objectives. Required Profile 15 years of experience in Organizational Development, Change Management, Workforce Strategy, or Learning & Development. Strong executive stakeholder management experience. Experience working with international clients (US and/or Europe). Demonstrated experience leading the people and adoption components of large business transformation programs. Commercial mindset and exposure to business development activities. Advanced English proficiency. Nice to Have Experience supporting the change and adoption workstreams of enterprise system implementations (ERP, HCM, CRM or similar). Experience designing training and communication strategies. Exposure to digital learning and adoption tools.
