The Document Control Administrator will manage product and process changes throughout their lifecycle—supporting everything from initial proposal, review, and approval to successful implementation into serial production. Will also coordinate directly with customers and cross‑functional internal teams to ensure accurate configuration control. Responsibilities Manage daily activities in the change management process and keep change plans on schedule Lead customer document updates and maintain changes within the PLM system Coordinate Engineering Change Requests (ECRs), Change Orders (ECOs), and Change Notifications (ECNs) Ensure all approved changes are properly implemented in PLM/ERP systems Conduct post‑implementation reviews to verify accuracy and effectiveness Communicate proposed and approved changes to all stakeholders Review and analyze configuration data related to drawings, tools, processes, and equipment Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, quality, program management, procurement, and other teams to support change execution Provide documentation and support for AS9100, NADCAP, FAA, and other audits Qualifications Bachelor's degree in industrial Engineer or similar. 2 years of related experience (manufacturing or aerospace preferred) Experience with SAP transactions Advance English Strong understanding of product structures, configurable products, and change management processes Experience with PLM systems (Windchill is a strong plus) and MRP/ERP systems (SAP preferred) Knowledge of configuration data and document control in a manufacturing environment Strong communication skills
