Human Resources Superintendent

Yanfeng is the world leader un automotive interiors with more than 33,000 employees in 20 countries. Our plant located in San Luis Potosi need your to support and professional experience. At this moment we are seeking: Human Resources Superintendent. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives. Monitor and report on HR KPIs (e.g., absenteeism, turnover, retention, labor costs). Develop succession plans and talent development strategies. Ensure compliance with Mexican Federal Labor Law and internal regulations. Manage labor relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and union negotiations (if applicable). Prevent and manage labor lawsuits and grievances. Maintain accurate personnel records and organizational charts. Promote workplace culture through internal communication, events, and recognition programs. Identify training needs and coordinate programs. Ensure compliance with STPS and other government training requirements. Support onboarding and orientation processes. Ensure staffing levels meet operational needs. Administer incentive programs, salary adjustments, and performance improvement plans. Support internal communication channels (e.g., bulletin boards, internal TV). Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of HR experience, with 3 years in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR best practices. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems. Bilingual (Spanish and English) preferred.
