Be a part of history as we connect a continent and create exciting career opportunities across our new transnational network.**Description**This position is responsible for the analysis, review, negotiation and elaboration of all kind of Contracts and Agreements.**Accountabilities**- Performs the analysis, review, negotiation and preparation of all types of Contracts and Agreements, including but not limited to: Transportation, Commercial, Services, Financial, Purchase, Leases, Licenses, Non-Disclosure, Government and Tax, among others.- Participates in the development, documentation and implementation of commercial, technological, operational, financial, infrastructure, investment and tax projects.- Advises all areas of the company in the legal transactions they carry out, and supports them in all contractual matters.- Writes all documents in English and Spanish.- Exemplifies KCS Vision, Values, and Culture interactions with coworkers, business partners, customers and stakeholders.**Required**- Bachelor's degree of Law from an accredited university or college.- Minimum five (5) years of relevant professional experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience- Contracts, Corporate, Civil and Commerce Law, writing and signature of contracts.- English 90%- Effective written and spoken communication skills.- Postgraduate Studies in Contracts, Corporate, Civil and/or Commerce Law (recomendable)**Preferred**- Excellent academic record.- Microsoft Office System Knowledge.**Working Conditions**- This position has a regular full-time schedule with a normal work week of Monday through Friday.
