Join our global, agile team and help us influence and drive PepsiCo’s digital transformation!- Learn more about our culture and life at PepsiCo: _**Responsibilities**:**What will you be doing?**The Digital Services DevSecOps role will partner with the business, internal delivery teams, 3rd party providers and others to define and build a platform to support reporting against pep+ sustainability goals and regulatory metrics. This role will be accountable for deep analysis of critical data to support the sustainability metrics, and guide decisions on usage and functional design.- Partner with delivery teams to determine data needs for product delivery, perform gap analysis and data sourcing options- Perform root cause analysis and resolve issues, working with appropriate delivery teams to resolve- Ensure quality assurance and process documentation- Define, analyze, vet new business requirements against our solution and recommend IT solutions that are consistent with our business processes and global standards- Drive functional, technical and data designs to meet project requirements- Follow Agile delivery of the product solution and delivery- Support product life cycle (PLM) deliverables with on-time delivery of stage date and deliverable documents- Ensure appropriate collaboration/handover of work items between onshore, near shore, and offshore resourcesQualifications:**Who are we looking for?**- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Business Management, or related field- 8 + years’ experience in Information Technology or Business Relationship Management with increasing levels of accountability- 6+ years’ experience in Data Engineering and Analytics- Familiarity with corporate Sustainability goals and metrics, particularly pep+ goals, and sustainability regulations- Teradata and SQL experience a plus- Minimum 3 years experience in Agile product delivery- Sales analytics knowledge a plus- Familiarity with dashboards such as Power BI or Tableau- Solutions Delivery experience - expertise in system development lifecycle, integration, and sustainability with proven ability to handle day-to-day issues within the work team- Ability to drive decisions and functional designs, leveraging other team members such as solution architects- Detail oriented- Ability to explain large amounts of data in a simple, organized manner- Experience with agile delivery methodologies such as Scaled Agile- Experience delivering solutions from concept through rollout.**What can you expect from us?**- Competitive compensation package- A flexible work environment that promotes a healthy balance between personal and professional life- A dynamic and inclusive culture- A supportive team that will foster your professional growth and development- Opportunity to work with relevant projects worldwide- Opportunity to give back to the community with our volunteer programs.
