As a collaborative partner, we strive to deliver the right solutions at the right time and at the right cost to solve tough business challenges.Now we are looking for this position:**MBS Executive Assistant****Main Purpose**Collaborate and support the General Direction in the coordination, direction, supervision, and evaluation of the activities carried out and others that are requested.**Responsibilities**:- Agenda Management and Coordination- Schedule meetings- Reservation of rooms and Telepresence- Airplane reservation, lodging, and travel logistics, transfer coordination- Expense reports- Check Amex charges versus Concur- Reminders of events, meetings, or important appointments.- Become familiar with PepsiCo's Travel Policy- Logistics and Event Coordination of the area.- Preparation of requisitions- Stationery ApplicationQualifications:- Minimum 1 year of experience in Management Assistance is required- Bachelor's degreed is required- Excellent copywriting management- Advanced English is required- Flexibility- Multitasking skills**Thank you so much for your interest in PepsiCo!
