All content based on three pillars: body, mind and nutrition.- Constant training: +15,000 courses**What this job involves**:A Bilingual Receptionist is responsible for greeting visitors and clients, providing them with a positive and satisfying experience, and performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks in a bilingual work environment.- **Location**: Lomas de Chapultepec- **Work schedule**: Monday To Fraday from 9 am to 6 pm- **Work model**: On site- **Temporary (6 months)****What is your day to day?**- Receive and greet visitors and clients in a friendly and courteous manner in both languages.- Provide accurate information about the company, its products or services to visitors.- Manage and direct incoming telephone calls and pre-select them to ensure efficient service.- Assist in scheduling appointments and reservations for meetings and events.- Collect and distribute mail and packages to employees.- Keep the reception area clean and tidy.- Assist in the coordination of courier and delivery services.- Perform administrative tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.- Maintain an up-to-date record of visitors and their details.- Provide assistance to other departments as needed.**Desired experience and technical skills**- Excellent ability to communicate orally and in writing in two languages (usually English and another language).- Experience in customer service and skills in dealing with people from different cultures and backgrounds.- Knowledge of basic computer tools, such as Microsoft Office.- Ability to manage telephone calls professionally and efficiently.- Organization and multitasking skills to handle multiple tasks and requests in a busy environment.- Good presentation and ability to maintain a courteous and friendly manner at all times.- Adaptability and ability to work as a team.- Basic knowledge of administrative and office procedures.Pay: $18,000.00 per monthWork Location: In person
