Instructional Designer

This role is essential to support the development and localization of training content for our technical, service, and sales teams across Latin America, ensuring alignment with Daikin's global standards and training methodology. About the Role As part of the Training team, you will design and adapt learning materials to meet the region's needs while supporting the implementation of the annual training plan. Your focus will be on instructional design, content creation, and supporting trainers across the LATAM region. What You'll Do Adapt and localize training content from ASIA for the LATAM region. Develop and structure technical, product, and sales training courses. Create storyboards, instructional guides, videos, playbooks, and interactive exercises. Design assessments and satisfaction surveys to evaluate training effectiveness. Ensure the availability and quality of training materials. What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in Pedagogy, Education, or related field. 2–4 years of experience as an instructional designer. Strong writing and grammar skills (Spanish and English). Knowledge of instructional design, learning processes, and adult learning methodologies. Experience with PowerPoint (intermediate–advanced), Canva, Genially, and basic video editing. Organized, creative, and results-oriented. Advanced English proficiency is required.
