Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner We are seeking a seasoned HR Strategist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that support organizational goals, providing expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning, as well as fostering a culture of engagement and continuous improvement by coaching teams and promoting teamwork. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with senior leaders to drive business outcomes, identify and address talent gaps, and develop programs to attract, retain, and develop top talent. You will also oversee performance management processes, ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies, and streamline HR processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness. Key Job Responsibilities: Develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. Provide expert guidance on talent management, workforce planning, and succession planning. Foster a culture of engagement and continuous improvement. Requirements: Broad expertise or unique knowledge in HR. Able to actively solve complicated issues. Acts independently to determine methods and procedures. May supervise the activities of others.
