Job Summary: We are growing rapidly and seeking a recruiter to support our hiring efforts for US corporate positions (English only). As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join a team of all-star professionals partnering with hiring managers to fill vacancies timely. If you live locally, speak fluent English, and want to build your skillset in talent acquisition, this job may be suitable for you Responsibilities Conduct sourcing and pre-screening efforts for corporate positions across the United States. Meet established metrics and performance indicators. Use various resources, such as career fairs, online job fairs, community network events, etc., to identify, attract, and source quality candidates. Follow up with candidates and hiring managers to obtain feedback regarding the recruiting process. Communicate essential employment information during delivery of employment offers (e.g., benefits, compensation, noncompete agreements). Manage current candidate activity in the applicant tracking system (ATS). Support other tasks as needed. Qualifications Prior sourcing/recruiting experience or relevant customer service experience preferred. Working knowledge of MS Suite, databases, and other software. Full English proficiency - evaluated during the interview process. Excellent time management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Bachelor's in Psychology (preferred), BA, or a related field. Preferred experience in psychometric tests. Good attitude. What We Offer Benefits above standard expectations.
