Technical Solutions Architect

Job Title: Software Engineering Manager About the role We are seeking an experienced software engineering manager to lead strategic initiatives, manage technical integrations, and deliver impactful solutions that support our business. What will you do? Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across ad tech platforms. Lead vendor evaluations, testing, and integration of new technologies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align goals and drive results. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across business and engineering teams. Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing and inclusive team culture. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field; Experience: At least 6 years of experience in software engineering, consulting, or related area; Skills: Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and enterprise system integrations; Experience writing functional specifications and test scripts is a plus.
