Chief Technology Officer

Job Description: About the role: We are seeking a skilled leader to manage strategic initiatives, oversee technical integrations, and deliver impactful solutions that support our business. Translate business needs into scalable technical solutions across various platforms. Lead vendor evaluations, testing, and integration of new technologies. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to align goals and drive results. Manage stakeholder relationships and ensure alignment across business and engineering teams. Supervise and mentor associates, fostering a high-performing team culture. Required Skills and Qualifications: Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, SQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Neo4J, Redis, Continuous Integration & Deployment, RESTful services. Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management, Information Systems, Business, or related field + 6 years of experience in software engineering, consulting, or related area; OR 5 years of relevant experience without a degree. Strong understanding of ad tech ecosystems and enterprise system integrations. Experience writing functional specifications and test scripts is a plus.
