Cloud Solution Architect

Cloud Solutions Professional About the Role: We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Professional to join our team. As a key member of our cloud computing solutions team, you will be responsible for formulating cloud service architecture solutions that meet customer needs. You will work closely with customers to understand their technical challenges and guide them in implementing Alibaba Cloud technologies. Your expertise will help customers understand the benefits of our cloud services and how to apply them to solve real-world problems. In addition to developing high-quality solution demonstrations and proof-of-concepts, you will participate in the bidding process for important projects and prepare technical proposals, designs, and cost analyses. Responsibilities: Develop cloud service architecture solutions that meet customer needs. Communicate with customers to understand their technical challenges and guide them in implementing Alibaba Cloud technologies. Participate in the bidding process for important projects and prepare technical proposals, designs, and cost analyses. Work closely with internal teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous optimization of solutions. Requirements: 5+ years of experience in IT industry, with designing experience in cloud computing solution architecture. Deep understanding and practical experience in mainstream cloud services (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS), with familiarity with Alibaba Cloud product system. Excellent communication and coordination skills, including cross-cultural communication. Experience in large-scale project management and delivery, with ability to cope with complex scenarios. Familiarity with industry characteristics and market demands within Mexico and Latin America. Proficient in speaking and writing in Spanish and English.
