Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Network Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing hands-on technical assistance to users and ensuring smooth network operations. Key Responsibilities: Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to IT systems, hardware, and software. Provide user support across network devices such as routers, printers, mobile devices, IP phones, and wireless access points. Assist with LAN/WAN network configuration and maintenance, ensuring network connectivity and uptime. Monitor and troubleshoot network performance, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors to optimize performance and implement solutions. Support ticket escalation and resolution, including first-level support by phone, email, or remote access. Participate in setup and support of onsite tech needs during internal events and office relocations. Contribute to the testing and deployment of in-house applications. Create and maintain internal documentation, including technical manuals, network diagrams, and operational reports. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Systems Engineering, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in technical support or similar roles. At least 1 year of hands-on experience with IT network support, including basic configuration, monitoring, and maintenance. Intermediate English skills: capable of reading technical documentation, writing reports, and maintaining functional communication with international teams.
