HVAC Product Development Manager

We are looking for an experienced Product Strategy Specialist to drive regional product strategy and develop tailored HVAC solutions for Latin America. About the Role This is a key position in developing, improving, and localizing HVAC products to meet the demands of the Latin American market while ensuring alignment with global standards of quality and innovation. The successful candidate will have expertise in analyzing market trends and customer needs, conducting competitive analysis, and selecting appropriate HVAC equipment based on technical requirements, regulations, and market fit. The role involves working closely with cross-functional teams to support the development and improvement of the product portfolio and ensure full compliance with country-specific regulations and standards. Main Responsibilities: Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new business opportunities and recommend suitable HVAC products for each country in the region. Conduct competitive analysis and field research across Latin America. Select appropriate HVAC equipment based on technical requirements, regulations, and market fit. Lead product localization projects from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the development and improvement of the product portfolio. Review and interpret country-specific HVAC regulations and standards, support certification processes, and ensure full compliance. Summarize and communicate technical regulations to internal stakeholders. Provide technical support to sales, marketing, and customer service teams. What You'll Need: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related fields. 3+ years of experience in product engineering, preferably in the HVAC or home appliance industry. Advanced English proficiency. Knowledge of HVAC standards, regulations, and energy efficiency metrics.
