Senior Media Strategist

GAC Motor is seeking an experienced Senior Media Specialist to lead media planning and execution for its automotive brand. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of traditional and digital media channels, a passion for the automotive industry, and a proven track record of delivering high-impact media campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and sales growth. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a comprehensive media strategy to support business goals and objectives. Lead the planning and implementation of media plans for all products and projects. Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure media effectiveness and guide continuous improvement. Manage relationships with media agencies to optimize media procurement cost-effectiveness and efficiency. Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to improve internal and external processes and develop media reports and analysis of campaign results. The successful candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media landscapes, including programmatic advertising, paid social, and search marketing, is also required. Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or advertising, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong knowledge of both traditional and digital media landscapes, including programmatic advertising, paid social, and search marketing. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and optimize media strategies accordingly. Strong negotiation and project management skills. Passion for the automotive industry and an understanding of consumer behavior in this market.
