Strategic Support Professional

Key Responsibilities: Executive Support & Strategic Alignment Manage and optimize senior leadership calendars, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports. Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and research to support strategic decision-making. Serve as a gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing internal and external communications. Oversee both professional and personal scheduling to ensure daily operations run smoothly. Project Management & Strategic Follow-Up Coordinate and monitor key regional projects, tracking milestones and deliverables. Identify potential delays or risks, and propose proactive solutions. Create high-impact executive presentations and business reports for internal and HQ audiences. Follow up on decisions and action items from leadership and executive meetings. Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure visibility on project progress. Operational Coordination Organize and facilitate weekly team sync meetings; track tasks and deliverables. Promote strong communication and behavioral standards across the regional office. Monitor team performance trends and share insights discreetly with senior leaders. Represent and uphold senior leadership style and expectations across the organization. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields. Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or business coordination. Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools.
