Expert Salesforce Solutions Specialist

Job Title: Acceleration Center Professional About the Role: The Acceleration Center is seeking a skilled professional to join our team as an Associate. This role will involve working closely with clients to design, implement, and assess controls related to Salesforce products. Responsibilities: Interfacing with clients as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist involving designing, implementing, and/or assessing controls as it relates to the Salesforce products; Understanding and interfacing with clients on projects involving SDLC for Salesforce product implementations, configurations solutions - e.g. security and control, and/or optimizations of business process controls and application security; Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships; and, Performing as a team leader, especially leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. Advanced English Level 1 year(s) in Salesforce controls auditing, consulting and/or implementing and Salesforce certification. Certification(s) Preferred: Certification from a leading cloud or service management provider, Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) Preferred Knowledge/Skills: Demonstrates some abilities and/or a proven record of success, as both an individual contributor and team member in the following areas: Interfacing with clients as a consultant, auditor or business process specialist involving designing, implementing, and/or assessing controls as it relates to the Salesforce products, some industry specific clouds and/or bolt-on products for a global network of professional services firms; Understanding and interfacing with clients on projects involving SDLC for Salesforce product implementations, configurations solutions - e.g. security and control, and/or optimizations of business process controls and application security, especially with facilitating core Salesforce, Salesforce Shield, Salesforce Customer 360 Privacy Center, Salesforce Security Command Center, or other GRC applications and technologies, and industry-specific modules/products; Identifying and addressing client needs, including developing and sustaining meaningful client relationships; and, Performing as a team leader, especially leading teams to generate a vision, establish direction, motivate members, create an atmosphere of trust, leverage diverse views, coach staff, and encourage improvement and innovation.
