Key Account Manager – Mexico City | On-site Are you good at spotting opportunities and know how to speak the language of decision-makers in the financial world? This role is for you if you've worked with commercial or tech teams in banks, fintechs, or financial companies… and you know that a "yes" comes from real understanding, not just a slick pitch. What you'll do Manage and grow existing corporate accounts that already trust Banco PagaTodo. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities through our embedded banking solutions. Translate client needs into integration proposals with solid technical and business rationale. Act as the bridge between our internal teams (product, tech, legal) and external stakeholders. Build long-term relationships based on trust, data, and tangible results. What we're looking for 3+ years of experience in account management or similar roles in financial services (banks, fintechs, acquirers). You're comfortable doing business in English—most of our clients and partners operate globally. Ability to navigate both technical and commercial conversations. Proactive, goal-oriented mindset with a strong sense of ownership and teamwork. Comfort with digital financial products, APIs, and B2B SaaS models.
