After-Sales Service & Maintenance Engineer This is a technical and customer-facing role that focuses on managing after-sales repair services, providing technical training, and driving service sales in Mexico. Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in equipment maintenance, workshop management, and client satisfaction programs. We also welcome anyone with a good technical troubleshooting background and experienced multitasking skills in a service-driven environment. Responsibilities: After-Sales Service Management: Oversee repair service centers (monitor turnaround time, spare parts approval, cost control, and network expansion). Conduct customer satisfaction visits, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions. Coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Technical Training & Support: Develop training programs for repair teams based on common failures. Train service centers on new products and escalate quality issues to HQ. Service Sales Promotion: Market extended warranties, maintenance contracts, and other service offerings. Hands-on Repairs: Perform equipment repairs for key clients when required. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field). 5+ years of experience in maintenance/repair management (electronics). Proficiency with service management software and MS Offic (Outlook, Excel, PPT, etc.). Experience in customer satisfaction programs or technical sales. Knowledge of the security/AV equipment industry (e.g., Dahua products). Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills. Conversational English. Interested in the profile?
