Regional Sales Manager Job Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales strategy and drive growth in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales operations and be able to develop and strengthen the dealer network. The successful candidate will support and follow up on national commercial strategy, manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams, and analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities. Main Responsibilities: Support and align with corporate goals Manage and motivate direct and indirect sales teams Develop and strengthen the dealer network Analyze market trends and competitor activity Track and optimize KPIs, sales performance, and commercial ROI Requirements: 3-5 years of experience in automotive sales operation in a corporate environment Strong background in new vehicle retail operations Proven skills in network development and negotiation Strategic thinker with a sharp focus on results English proficiency required for collaboration with global teams Availability to travel nationwide, mostly south of the country
