After-Sales Service Engineer This is a technical and customer-facing role that focuses on managing after-sales repair services, providing technical training, and driving service sales in Mexico. Ideal candidates would be those who have experience in equipment maintenance, workshop management, and client satisfaction programs. We are looking for professionals with expertise in technical troubleshooting , experienced multitasking skills in a service-driven environment, and the ability to work effectively in a team. The successful candidate will oversee repair service centers, monitor turnaround time, spare parts approval, cost control, and network expansion. They will conduct customer satisfaction visits, identify improvement areas, and implement solutions. They will also coordinate cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues promptly. Responsibilities: Manage after-sales repair services Provide technical training Drive service sales Perform equipment repairs Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Mechatronics, or related field) 5+ years of experience in maintenance/repair management (electronics) Proficiency with service management software and MS Office Experience in customer satisfaction programs or technical sales Knowledge of the security/AV equipment industry Advanced troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Conversational English
