About the Role You will be responsible for managing service sales growth, developing solution offerings, and promoting maintenance contracts. Drive sales growth of service solutions and maintenance contracts. Pipeline management across regional offices. Develop and enhance service solution offerings. Promote maintenance. Train and support. After sales service offerings. Requirements To succeed in this role, you will need: A minimum of 3 years of experience in service sales. Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written). Proficiency in CRM systems, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Experience in sales and after sales services. Nice to have: Regional experience in Latin America. Experience in HVAC industry.
