Accounting & Treasury Manager | FerragamoJoin Ferragamo, the iconic Italian luxury brand, as our next Accounting & Treasury Manager!We are looking for a strategic and hands-on finance professional to oversee our full accounting cycle and treasury operations, ensuring all financial records comply with IFRS and NIF and delivering accurate, timely, and reliable information to support Corporate and Management decisions.RequirementsSolid experience in general accounting, fixed assets, and treasury.Advanced Excel and SAP skills.Experience with external audits (KPMG desirable).Intermediate to advanced English (frequent emails with Italy/USA).Knowledge of tax regulations (basic–intermediate).Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Financial ReportingLead and oversee the full accounting cycle (AP, AR, GL).Ensure all accounting records comply with IFRS and NIF.Review and approve journal entries, provisions, accruals, and reconciliations.Manage the chart of accounts in line with local and corporate requirements.Oversee fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and technical adjustments.Supervise monthly closings and timely reporting to Corporate (Italy).Ensure compliance with electronic accounting (Contabilidad Electrónica).Treasury & Accounts PayableOversee treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity planning, and banking.Review and authorize payments, transfers, and investment transactions.Ensure proper cash positioning and timely bank reconciliations.Strengthen controls over disbursements and treasury processes.Tax & Compliance / AuditEnsure compliance with tax regulations (ISR, VAT, provisional payments).Coordinate external and internal audits, ensuring data integrity.Liaise with tax advisors and authorities (SAT, IMSS).Oversee deferred revenues and labor obligations accounting.Maintain robust internal controls and financial process frameworks.Accounts ReceivableSupervise billing, AR balances, provisions, and collection strategies.Partner with commercial teams to optimize collection efficiency.Leadership & Process ImprovementLead, mentor, and develop the accounting team (2 direct reports).Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting quality.Update accounting policies and ensure operational compliance.Support strategic finance projects and system implementations.The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and solution-focused, with hands-on leadership, able to meet deadlines under pressure and drive continuous improvement.Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn.
