CBS Credit to Cash Analyst | Temporary

About the Role:The Collections Analyst will mainly focus on proactively detecting and preventing collection issues, on customer account collections for past due amounts, on communicating, calling out and assisting in the resolution of business issues; reporting, and disputing invalid debits called out by Deductions Team.What you will do:Collections responsibilities include but are not limited to:Acquiring overview of customer account balancesGenerating past due notices to customerContacting customers for payment and documenting their responseBringing up collection issues (with Invoices & Invalid debits claimed to customers) to Collections TL & C2C ManagerBringing up collection issues (with Invoices & Invalid debits claimed to customers) to Local Finance Team and/or SalesAssessing and recommending called out issues for write offsGenerating and preparing periodic statements for customersSupervising customer performance vs. payment commitmentsResponding queries from customersBalancing and/or acquiring payment remittances for unapplied paymentsPreparing monthly estimates about past due balances and advising planned future steps to recover themAssisting on the resolution of raised customer issues by preparing or analyzing dataParticipating in cross-functional meetings to discuss collection issues and find possible solutionsAssisting the Team Lead in the creation of monthly collection reportsClaim timely Invalid debits called out by Deductions TeamFollow up on Invalid debits with customers and/or Sales, CD Finance or LogisticsWhat do you need for this position:Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration or related fieldsSufficient knowledge of financial documents and financial ratiosAt least 2 of experience in the order to cash processProficiency with SAP (Preferred)Proficiency Word, Excel and Google tools (sheets, slides, AODocs, etc) (Preferred)Proficiency in EnglishThis is a temporary role for 6 months.
