Through a vertically integrated platform, the company specializes in the search, acquisition, development, operation, repositioning, marketing, and sale of various institutional-quality real estate projects, including industrial buildings, luxury hotels, residential communities, corporate offices and shopping centers located in the country’s premier industrial markets, major cities, and tourist destinations.With more than $3.6 billion USD in AUM, Thor Urbana is an affiliate of Thor Equities Group, a New York-based fund managing over $20 billion USD in AUM.Position: Investment AnalystMain Responsabilities:Financial assessment of potential investment opportunities.Preparation of investment memos and pitch decks for prospective investors, capital raising initiatives, and deal structuring.Active participation in the Due Diligence process.Development of analytical reports to support portfolio management strategies.Preparation of investor reports and performance updates.Ongoing monitoring of financial metrics, capital calls, and liquidity management activities.Who are we looking for?Bachelor´s degree in Finance, Economics or Business AdministrationProficient in spoken and written EnglishProficiency in computer tools used in the financial industry (Excel – advanced, PowerPoint – advanced)Experience in Real Estate, Private Equity, Investment Banking, or Consulting is desirable but not required.One or two years of experience in a similar role with comparable responsibilities.Soft skills: Communicative, proactive, diligent, ability to work under pressure.If you meet the requirements and are interested in being part of our team, attach your resume
