For further details about the organization and potential career pathsResponsibilitiesThe OpportunityThe Software Engineer Analyst I will play a pivotal role in software development activities and long-term initiative planning and collaboration across the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) organization. Software Engineering is the cornerstone of scalable digital transformation across vthe alue chain. This candidate will support the end-to-end software development experience and deliver high-quality software as part of the DevOps process. The candidate will be part of our software development team to ensure we deliver the best possible software solutions and ensure they are generating value through cost savings or incremental value. This candidate will work closely with the user experience, product, IT, and process engineering teams to develop new products and prioritize delivering solutions across S&T core priorities.Your ImpactAs a Software Engineer Analyst, your responsibilities would consist of:Support the vision and be part of the team of engineers to build and support digital products and solutions (DPS) across S&T core prioritiesShould be able to design, develop, and deployment of cutting-edge applications, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.Collaborate with product managers, Scrum masters, and team leads to take user stories and code them with proper development standards.Support software development strategy utilizing industry standards. Create roadmap and timing of implementation of the roadmap based on business requirements and strategy.Support expanding DPS capabilities through a customer-obsessed, services-driven digital solutions platform that leverages data and AI to deliver automated and personalized experiencesHelp problem-solve delivery impediments, risks, issues, and changes tied to the engineering initiatives to the stakeholdersInteract with key business partners to recommend solutions that best meet the strategic needs of the businessQualificationsWho Are We Looking For?EducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.Experience1+ years of software development experience, with experience in React Native for iOS.Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and React Native frameworks.Experience working with native iOS modules (Swift, Objective-C) and bridging React Native with native code.Strong understanding of iOS app lifecycle, Apple Human Interface Guidelines, and App Store deployment processes.Familiarity with state management libraries like Redux, Zustand, or Context API.Experience integrating RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and third-party SDKs.Exposure to cloud services and mobile CI/CD pipelinesSolid grasp of software design principles, patterns, and best practices for mobile development.Strong verbal and written English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with global teams.QualitiesStrong attention to detail and extremely well-organizedAbility to work cross-functionally with product, service design, and operations across the organizationDemonstrated passion for excellence with respect to Engineering services, education, and supportStrong interpersonal skills, ability to navigate through a complex and matrixed internal environmentAbility to work collaboratively with regional and global partners in other functional unitsAbility to navigate a complex organizationIf this is an opportunity that interests you, we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet 100% of the requirements.
