As a LAWYER, you will follow the established procedures and guidelines of the legal profession to provide timely and effective support to a legal team!**Key Responsibilities**- Carry out and support the areas to work towards their goals such as the annual architectural event of Trends, Comex Universitarios, areas with which it collaborates to formalize commercial agreements.- Work legally in conjunction with the Marketing, B2B, cover Central America, Professional Application and Refinish areas in the execution of contracts, purchase support, credit.- Preparation of contracts, document relationship with direct customers to achieve better control and benefits for both the company and the dealer.- Participate, design and implement, with the help of the legal team, the strategies and legal documents with the aim of achieving the goals of each business unit with certainty and legal certainty.- Streamline legal processes and supervise that they comply in a timely manner according to the needs of the projects to have a better organization both internally and externally and to be able to complement a single PPG!- Supervise from start to finish the internal processes related to the legal area that are carried out and follow up on them.**Qualifications**- Bachelor´s Degree in Laws- At least 5 years confirmed experience in legal corporations and knowledge of labor law, litigation, industrial property, patents and trademarks.- Intermediate English level with verbal and written communication skills and proficient user of Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc.)- High proficiency in skills such as communication, proactivity, teamwork, problem solving and adaptability.**ABOUT US**:**PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD****The PPG Way**Every single day at PPG:**We partner with customers to create mutual value.**We are insightful, dedicated and proactive.
