No matter who you are, where you're from, or who you love, you can always influence the people around you and make a positive impact in the world.**Know a little more**:PepsiCoJobsJoin PepsiCo, dare to transform.**Responsibilities**:**The Opportunity**Responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process with operation BU, build the right relation with the BU & HR leadership team to be consider a TA Partner and Talent Market expert.**Your Impact**As Talent Acq Sr Supervisor your responsibilities would consist of- Responsible end to end **recruitment process**- Contact for intake call- Follow up with MBS team on status of each of the position and monitor SLAs and KPIs (service level agreement)- Guarantee the right posting of each of the position with high level of PepsiCo standards- Support Hiring Manager in any new recruitment process (ex: MyDevelopment)- Maintain close contact with the Hiring Manager and HR to understand future necessities on operation- Share market talent intelligence with the stakeholders to be able to take decision on the talent and necessities of the business- Support internal TA projects such as:- Diversity: guarantee diverse shortlist for hiring managers- Future talent pipeline: FirstGen, NextGen, SummerGen- Onboarding- EVP- Manage escalation and takes ownership for ultimate issues resolution.- Support and act as one TA team with MBS, supports the understanding of the business and best pactrices to the MBS team.Qualifications:**Who Are We Looking For?**- Bachelor Degree (Business, Psychology, HR, or related)- Fluent in English and Spanish (Written & Verbal skills)- A minimum of 5 years of relevant professional experience. Previous intermediary experience with high-volume, full-lifecycle Talent Acquisition/Staffing experience for professional-level. Previous agency or search firm experience is also relevant and will be considered. Previous HR experience, or specifically HR generalist work where recruiting was a large percentage of the work, is also relevant and will be considered.- Proficient in full suite of Microsoft Suite of products: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook- Prior work experience within another CPG or manufacturing organization and/or within another large, global, matrixed environment- Displays professionalism and interest to learn in an effort to develop strong client partnerships- Personable, high energy individual that is passionate about recruitment and enjoys working in a fast paced, innovative, dynamic organization- Must be collaborative team player- Proficient oral and written communication skills- Must appreciate the need to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism at all times.
