We are sourcing an experienced Senior Paralegal to join this top-tier U.S. legal team and contribute to meaningful cases with real impact—all while working remotely from Latin America.This is a long-term, senior-level role designed for an accomplished paralegal with California litigation experience, excellent English legal writing skills, and deep knowledge of discovery, motion practice, and trial preparation.? Key ResponsibilitiesDraft and respond to discovery requests with minimal supervisionPrepare motions, supporting documents, and court filings in California courtsCollaborate on trial preparation (exhibits, witness lists, timelines, etc.)Manage case files, deadlines, and litigation calendarsConduct legal and factual research for active casesCommunicate with clients in English via email and occasional Zoom/phone callsWork closely with U.S.-based attorneys on complex litigation matters✅ Required Qualifications5+ years of litigation experience as a paralegalMinimum 2 years working with a California law firm (PI experience strongly preferred)Fluent in English with U.S.-level professional legal writing skillsStrong knowledge of California civil procedure, discovery, and motion practiceProficiency with legal software (Clio, MyCase, Filevine, etc.) and Microsoft OfficeBachelor’s degree or Paralegal Certificate preferred?
