FERRAGAMO Executive Assistant to Managing Director LATAM Do you have a passion for excellence, outstanding organizational skills, and the desire to be part of a global luxury brand? At Ferragamo , we are seeking a highly motivated Executive Assistant to act as a strategic partner to the Managing Director for Latin America, ensuring seamless execution of key priorities, projects, and executive communications. Position Overview: The Executive Assistant will support strategic decision-making, maintain alignment between the LATAM region and global headquarters, and ensure the smooth operation of the regional office. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related fields Minimum 5 years of experience in executive support, project management, or business coordination Strong communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project tracking tools Key Soft Skills: Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail High level of discretion, integrity, and professionalism Proactive approach and strong problem-solving mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Key Responsibilities Executive Support & Strategic Alignment Manage and optimize the MD’s calendar, travel arrangements, meeting logistics, and expense reports Prepare briefing materials, executive summaries, and research to support decision-making Serve as a gatekeeper, filtering and prioritizing internal and external communications Oversee both professional and personal scheduling to ensure daily operations run smoothly Project Management & Strategic Follow-Up Coordinate and monitor key regional projects, tracking milestones and deliverables Identify potential delays or risks, and propose proactive solutions Create high-impact executive presentations and business reports for internal and HQ audiences Follow up on decisions and action items from leadership and executive meetings Maintain dashboards and trackers to ensure visibility on project progress Operational Coordination Organize and facilitate weekly team sync meetings; track tasks and deliverables Promote strong communication and behavioral standards across the regional office Monitor team performance trends and share insights discreetly with the MD Represent and uphold the MD’s leadership style and expectations across the organization Location: Polanco, Mexico City If you’re ready to grow your career with an iconic luxury brand and make a real impact in a dynamic regional role- Apply now.
