Import License Analyst (Temporal por 6 Meses) How You Will Make a Difference The import license analyst will be responsible for filing Import Permits and Manifest of Value in Vucem (Customs website), which is a regulation to import footwear into Mexico. As part of this process, He/She will also make sure that Shipping and Customs documents are complete and correct to prevent errors or lack of information that could affect the authorization of the permits or the compliance of the Value Manifest Skills for Success Years of Related Professional Experience: 1-2 years of experience processing import licenses, permits or other processesin VUCEM. Intermediate English. Proficient Personal Computer skills - Excel proficiency. Knowledge of import quota categories and import business in general. Knowledge of import regulations, carry out procedures before competent authorities. Must have excellent analytical skills, detail oriented and problem solving. What you'll be doing: ? Review & Validation of Documents (Invoices, Packing lists, BL´s, Certificates of Origin) to be sure they are correct to guarantee the permits are authorized by SE File, validate and monitor import permits are authorized by SE in VUCEM, keep reports of all the process. Create the new Electronic Manifests of Value in VUCEM: consolidate & review the documents and information in order to prevent errors when creating the M.V. (Since this process is new, experience in this activity is not needed) Customs recordkeeping (keep the digital files after customs clearance).
