PM Utility Scale Solar O&M

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in utility-scale solar power plants to lead project execution and ensure full technical, contractual, and financial performance. This role requires a strategic and analytical professional with proven experience managing large-scale solar projects. Experience limited to distributed generation (DG) will not be considered. Key responsibilities: Lead the execution of utility-scale solar projects. Manage and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. Review, interpret, and manage EPC contracts, supply agreements, and subcontractor agreements, ensuring contractual compliance and risk mitigation. Maintain ongoing communication with U.S.-based stakeholders and international teams. Monitor and control project budgets, ensuring financial targets are achieved. Hold direct responsibility for project P&L , including variance analysis and corrective action planning. Oversee schedule, cost control, quality, and regulatory compliance. Identify and mitigate project risks. Prepare executive-level reporting for senior leadership and clients. Required profile: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Industrial, Renewable Energy, or related field). Proven experience as a Project Manager in utility-scale solar projects (mandatory). Strong experience managing budgets and full P&L responsibility . Demonstrated experience in contract review and administration. Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading) is mandatory , with the ability to communicate effectively with U.S. stakeholders. Highly analytical mindset, strong leadership skills, and results-driven approach. This is a key leadership position for professionals who combine technical execution expertise with strong financial and contractual management capabilities.
