Senior Investment Analyst The Senior Investment Analyst will oversee the day-to-day administration of the Fund’s portfolio companies, leading in BID Capital’s smart money strategies, whereby we accompany our partners to ensure they are hitting their growth and profit targets, and lend assistance as necessary. Responsibilities: Develop financial models and valuations to analyze potential investment opportunities and conduct due diligence. Prepare and present investment documentation and materials to the Investment Committee. Prepare investor reports detailing the status of ongoing projects. Create reports, compile data, and analyze the performance of current investments to identify areas of opportunity and anticipate problems before they arise. Prepare internal quarterly portfolio reports detailing performance, exposures, concentrations, and other qualitative characteristics to evaluate and monitor the ongoing performance of investments. What do you need? Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Essential experience in private equity and business valuation. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investment funds (investment banking, private equity). Advanced English. Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).
